About Stellar Training

At Stellar Care Training, we’re committed to supporting home care providers with the resources and equipment to train and educate their care staff before they work in the field.  We recognise that home care industry is challenging without the stress of ensuring your care staff are adequately trained and educated in the field of home care. Our curriculum reflects this commitment, as well as the diverse backgrounds and cultures of our instructors and participants alike.

We offer a variety of training specifically designed for care support workers which can be tailored to suit the needs of your organisations: 

1. We can provide a training room so you can facilitate your own training programme in a safe space with access to similar equipment seen in the field 

2. We can provide specific courses specialising in home care, each course is 3 hours long and provided by our Train the Trainer instructor 

3. We can take away the stress of inhouse training and provide a full two day programme covering all the requirements for face to face learning

With experience in working in home care it is recognise that not all home care organisations have access to a training room let alone a dedicated trainer so it is hoped that this service helps in some way to relieve the stress and time of training.

All taught courses are facilitated by an instructor with nurse experience and certificates of completion issued to each successful participant
