Ezhil Krishnamurthy MSc

Qualified Trainer & Senior Care Professional

My name is Ezhil Krishnamurthy, originally from Tamil Nadu, India, and now based in Ellesmere Port, UK. In my culture, caring for others — especially our elders — is not just a responsibility but a way of life. Though I hold a master’s degree in management, it was in the field of health and social care that I discovered my true passion: nurturing others through care and empowering fellow professionals through education.

As a Senior Care Worker at StellarCare NW, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals in the community, offering person-centred care that respects dignity, independence and emotional well-being. Each experience has reinforced my belief that care is not just a task — it’s a calling rooted in compassion and presence.

What drives me most is my role as a trainer. Having completed my Level 3 in Education and Training, I actively deliver training across a wide range of essential care topics. These include medication administration, first aid, safeguarding, infection prevention and control, moving and handling, personal care, dementia awareness, end-of-life care, record-keeping, and mental health support. I believe that quality care begins with confident, well-equipped carers — and training is the foundation of that confidence.

Through mentoring and structured teaching, I help care workers develop not only technical knowledge but also the empathy, patience and communication skills that make great carers. I take pride in creating a supportive learning environment where every individual feels encouraged to grow, ask questions and become the best version of themselves.

For me, teaching is more than a role — it’s a meaningful way to multiply compassion, raise standards and ultimately improve the lives of both carers and those they support.

Because we care

At Stellar Training, we believe that truly exceptional carers are driven by compassion, commitment, and a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives. Great care starts with putting the individual at the heart of everything—ensuring support is always person-centred and respectful of the needs of both service users and their families.

For many, working in care isn’t just a job—it’s a vocation. The best carers are always looking to improve, expand their knowledge, and refine their skills. That’s where we come in.

Our training supports carers at every stage of their journey. Whether you’re working towards formal qualifications in Health and Social Care, or building confidence through specialist training in areas like Dementia, End of Life Care, or Moving & Handling—we provide the practical, face-to-face learning that helps you grow.

We also recognise that skills and personal qualities matter just as much as certificates. You don’t need a long list of qualifications to start a career in care—just the right mindset, a willingness to learn, and the support of great training.
